Snippets

Snippets expand a short phrase you say into a longer block of text: an email address, a sign-off, a meeting link, a paragraph you write often.

Add a snippet

1. Open Snippets and choose Add snippet.
2. Enter a trigger phrase, for example my email.
3. Enter the content, for example your email address, and choose Add.

Now say “my email” while dictating and Sayzen types the content instead.

Good trigger phrases

• Use two or three words you wouldn’t say otherwise, so a snippet doesn’t expand by accident.
• Keep them easy to say clearly; the speech model has to hear them first.
• Search the list to find and edit a snippet later.
