What to include

• Your Mac model and macOS version.
• The Sayzen version, from Settings.
• What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if it helps.

Please don’t send API keys or recordings you’d rather keep private.

Common fixes

• Nothing happens when I hold Fn. Check that Sayzen is allowed under Accessibility and Microphone in System Settings › Privacy & Security, then quit and reopen Sayzen. If another app uses Fn, change one of the shortcuts.
• The text doesn’t appear. Click into a text field before you let go of Fn. Without one, Sayzen puts the text on your clipboard instead.
• Commands say a key is missing. Add a key in Settings › AI and choose a model.
• Transcription is slow. For English, use Parakeet; for other languages, try a smaller Multilingual model. Both are in Settings › AI.
